Preview of cloth improvements in upcoming 1.15.1 release
🕑 Added 2019-02-13 22:10:49 +0000 UTCI put a lot more into this patch than expected while trying to fix some bugs. The results is a more major release than intended. It should be out within a few days.

Yes, but the clothing sits above the skin a bit. I don't think people will be that happy with floating fluids. I'll be messing around with it though.
