I can't actually tell from the error what the cause is. Does the updater immediately crash, or sometime after opening it?

Same issue with VAM crashing.

Can anyone help me out? I've been unable to play for over a month now. Whenever I type in a creator key it says invalid key. I ran the updater but there but be an error with the key.json file. I did tamper with it based on advice shared here as I was trying to get it to work last time.

Could anyone please elaborate on how the new soft body physics parameters are working, what are they doing, what are they influencing?

Yes - same updater. Many people used direct download to get 1.12.0.0 so did not have the updater. I clarified in the post. Thanks

It seems like the patch installed with just the existing updater. Is that the case? If so, can you clarify that in your posts, because they make it seem like you need to keep downloading newer versions of the updater in order to download the update.

Yes

This feature was only added a few days ago with the the release of 1.12 because of the revamped UI. They must have become extremely helpful very quickly. Why do you need laser pointers in Play Mode with the UI closed ? They just get in the way of the scenes immersion. They do however, reappear when you open the UI and you actually have something to point at.

Mesh this shit is amazing! Bought 3 trackers and a wireless adapter based on how much I love this application alone Plus going to finally break up with my ultra annoying gf Thanks buddy keep up the good work!

I dont comment much however I do object to this change "Play mode no longer shows laser pointers on touchpad or A/X button touch" Mainly due to how helpful it is. (especially with the rift)
