And I have to admit... things are actually looking better than I expected.
Yes, there’s still a lot to animate, but I’m moving through them faster than ever. Both posing and rendering are going surprisingly smoothly. The cloud render service has improved even more over the past couple of months, and so far I haven’t had to re-do a single animation. Let’s hope I didn’t just jinx it.
There are still three scenes left to animate—two of them among the biggest in this update, but things are moving at a really good pace. I’m spending all my time getting these finished, and right now I feel confident that I’ll be able to release the official version for $25+ Patrons on the 20th. Maybe even a day or two earlier—we’ll see how things go. I’ll keep you updated on the schedule, changelog, and all the usual details as we get closer.
One more thing: with the Steam release coming up fast, I’m considering a small change to the tier wait times—for this update only. Instead of the usual 5-day delay between tiers, I’ll likely reduce it to 3 days. This is just to make sure I have everything wrapped up early enough to shift my full focus to marketing and preparing the Steam launch.
