Welcome back and welcome old and new Fellow Darkish!
This time we will take you with us in the middle of the desert, among glittering sand and ancient tombs. Visit with us the mysterious Desert Pyramid: Entrance
Last month, for the poll map, you had asked loudly as always 😅, a Dungeon. Among the various suggestions, the one that enticed and inspired us the most was the proposal of an Egyptian dungeon, maybe in a pyramid.
Working on the map, however, we realized that we would never have been able to express the grandeur and complexity of a pyramid in a single post.
Working entirely by hand on each map, it would have been impossible for us to provide all the necessary material at once, so we chose, therefore, to prepare a series of three posts, where we will explore both the exteriors and interiors of this pyramid in depth during this month. So don't worry, the dungeon is coming soon.

MAP DESCRIPTION
The Pyramid Entrance shows us a complete view of the exterior imposing facade of this ancient pyramid that awaits only to be explored by those who will be brave enough to face its dangers.
Time and sandstorms are slowly eroding the glory of this mysterious construction, breaking its obelisks and eroding its inscriptions, now only partially readable.
What mysteries and treasures will be hidden behind those doors? What monsters and dangers will await you?
We are eager to find out as much as you!
NOTES:
- The desert is a really inhospitable place. Pay attention so that the party can face both the extreme heat and the freezing night!
- Getting to the pyramid could even save the party's life! The palms around are a precious resource, allowing you to refresh and hydrate yourself thanks to its fruits full of liquid.
- The inscriptions on the obelisks and on the facade of the pyramid can hide valuable information. We hope that someone in the party knows how to interpret them, right?
- The symbols and creepy statues may indicate that in that tomb there could be hidden evils much more terrible than the mummy of a rich pharaoh. Pay attention, you don't want to get an ancient curse on your neck.
- From under the sand could easily come out monsters of various kinds, such as giant scorpions, poisonous snakes, skeletons or mummies. I would definitely leave someone on guard at night.
We are enjoying it very much and can't wait to reveal the next part, where we will see the interiors of the pyramid and discover together what really awaits you!
