Pole Flip Tutorial (pt. 1 of 2)
🕑 Added 2023-12-14 16:05:45 +0000 UTCThis is a relatively straightforward trick, but it can take some time to learn and build confidence for! The trick is to take your time, and ensure that you are comfortable at each stage before moving on to the next level!
I'd recommend being at least intermediate level before trying this flip, so that the controlled stage at the beginning feels safe and achievable, which will help with working up to the harder versions!
