Jamilla: Wrist & Hip Warm-up
🕑 Added 2023-11-09 15:57:51 +0000 UTCThis is primarily for the Cradle/Jamilla series, but these are useful warmups (especially the wrist ones) for a variety of pole moves.
I'd recommend doing some of these as part of a more extended warm-up featuring some cardio and active stretching!
