Blumineck Rambles about diet- please read below:
🕑 Added 2023-09-10 11:37:40 +0000 UTCThis is a bit of a ramble that I made while training with a warbow.
I was asked specifically about any nutrition tips / plans that I follow, and I'm happy to answer, BUT please be aware that I'm just one person, and what works for me won't work for everyone. Also most of this is really subjective.
So if you want some insights into my processes and how I do things, here it is! If you're looking for a guide for your own life, I'd highly recommend talking to someone with actual qualifications and experience in the field!

That was very interesting and useful! I especially appreciated both the caveats and the generally applicable ending, as well as you avoiding getting into the weeds of a potential debate. I'm glad to be a Patreon member.
