Congratulations on the anniversary! The private streams are not necessarily request streams tho. Afaik you can change to a higher or lower tier whenever you'd like. Just know that I have already done the monthly private stream, so there probably wont be another until next month. I use paint tool SAI, but you might wanna learn on photoshop/clip studio because they have WAY more tools.

Awesome!! Is it possible to change from a lower tier to 30tier? In regards to the characters it was more of a general question. Thanks so much for the reply and keep up the amaxing artwork!! One last thing, what program or app do you use to draw? I was thinking of getting into digital.

Hey, thank you so much! I did these image during the private stream yesterday, which is exclusive to the $30 tier. Unless you were referring to the monthly character poll, which has already finished (Zero Suit Samus won).
