Well according to JK, the Bloody Baron was obsessed with Helena, so it makes sense if she's going to make an appearance he wouldn't be far behind.

I guess with Harry being sent to the past in his fourth year he won’t know the story of Helena and the bloody baron, should be interesting to see where this goes.

It's nice to seem some sort of further development between Harry and Morgana, both outsiders of sorts and bonding over that. And that they both nonverbally acknowledge that there is a tension or something between them but neither has made a move to further that...yet anyway.
