Ace does a great job of bringing in the audience (ie. using Lee’s name to show that others are listening) instead of us just eavesdropping on your conversation. I’ve been on podcasts for work and it is natural to just speak to the host. Unfortunately, when I felt drawn in, I could’t join in. That’s why I’m typing this while listening. Regarding Master vs Mister: I’m from the US, but I’m also 51 years old. When I was a little kid (under 10 years old), in formal correspondence it was correct to address a young man as “Master,” so when you go back 40 some years this was consistent between The States and The UK on this issue based on what Lee said.
