She sent out a message back in late November saying that she would use December and January to catch up due to personal issues. Unfortunately, it seems like you just happened to pledge at a bad time. I'd also like to add that charges were disabled for January since nothing new is being produced. As for the refund, you'll have to wait for her to respond since Patreon has a really poor refund policy.

Well, I've been charged £69 for being a patron on this site, and what did I get for it? Nothing. No contact from the creator after joining on the 11th December and no offer of a refund from Patreon, despite their name appearing on the card as the billing company. Disgusted with this! Buyer beware! Check trustpilot first for others experiences of this company, wish I had.
Still waiting for a reply since I joined, no email or access to galleries. Would like to know what is happening please. A reply or some form of contact would have been nice, and polite!
