Is Gou Ren not gonna fight in the tournament? I know he doesn’t really train for fighting, but I was expecting some Karate Kid stuff, where he realizes that Hachi and farming has turned him into an awesome fighter. I noticed that the contract Tigu signed specifically states that competitors can’t fight each other outside of the tournament. I wonder if Gou Ren will cause a big scene by defeating a highly ranked contestant outside the ring. It’d be funny if the possessed dude thinks he’s grown a ton and then gets the shit beat out of him by Jin’s new disciple. Since the contestants can’t fight each other, they might try to target Tigu and Xiulan through Gou Ren.
