Seductive: Meiling Hair Down, in Dudou, Reaching for the βcameraβ with one hand. Sitting down, bottle in other hand. Eyes lidded, face flushed, licking her lips.
OR
Silly: Meiling, her foot on a table, again in basically her bra cheering, and toasting with a bottle, looking like shes having a fantastic time.

I was gonna go with seductive Meiling until you mentioned that with silly Meiling we get to see feet π¦Άπ¦Ά

If the artist is able to convey Meling thinking she's being sultry but is actually so drunk that it comes off as silly/adorable that would probably be perfect from some of the scenes you've written.
