Click 'My Membership' at the top and then click the 'Connect to Discord' button

Worse than that, if you donate to a new patron that has discord, you have to clear your cookies and cache and re-connect Discord to get both channels. Ridiculous.

Tried that, it shows they are linked, but doesn't show me the server

There's a way to link your discord and patreon that needs to be done, but I'm too technologically illiterate to figure it out. These newfangled gizmos just get more and more confusing the older I get.
