Here's my idea: it's the end of the story of Pokemon Scarlet. Penny and Nemona try to stop the time machine that's gone haywire. But when Penny and Nemona stop the time machine, they're both hit by a bolt of electricity from the time machine, which transforms Penny and Nemona into simple-minded voluptuous and muscular adult cavewomen.
