According to some other subtitles I've seen, what's written on Giyu's sword is "Destroy Demons"

(sniff) no matter how many times i watch this episode i just grin from ear to ear every time. When i heard you guys were going to watch Demon Slayer, have a rough guess which episode sprung to mind hmmm? An absolutely amazing fight and animation. The Author of the manga version of the series cried when he saw his work come to life like that. Just FYI, Hino means Fire, Kami means God and Kagura means Dance, so Fire God Dance.

This the episode that solidified the budget for demon slayer. Also, Rui (awful demon kid) is voiced by the same guy that voices Tsukki, Inumaki and Shiggy. Zenitsu and Dabi have the same voice as well.

An interesting note all three of the boys had flashbacks. Also your reaction to the switch between forms was perfect. Also the memory wasn't really suppressed just more forgotten because he was young when taught
