I'll add another character from Street Fighter with Makoto, who I've really only recently come to appreciate. For a trainee let's go with Dan Hibiki, he's always an ideal punching bag.

My suggestion would be Aoi Asahina and Makoto Naegi from the Danganronpa Series. Aoi is the ultimate swimming pro and most of her hang-out events revolve around working out with Naegi if my memory is correct.

Heyyyyyyy I remember that movie! =D Can't recall if it's a Disney or one of that batch of Dreamworks movies they did to rival them. She is definitely physically tough and a great character; love the idea of her training the wimpy Milo xD Thanks for the suggestion! =D

My suggest for the Poll is Jade from Dragon Quest XI with the Luminary (the Hero)
