Sussurro WIP
🕑 Added 2025-08-31 20:51:30 +0000 UTCUgh I always forget to post my WIPs... Often the project is short enough that it doesn't feel like there's much to capture in the middle stages, but here's a bigger one!
I'm finally working on a Sussurro / Surtr project, after all these millions of years! I've been busy with life and work and all that lame stuff, so haven't been making tons of new personal projects lately, but I hope I can finish the first installment this summer!
Also, finally got around to reading Sussurro's oprec recently and it's absolutely gnarly. Wasn't expecting anything in game to be that graphic, but wow it delivered (It features a lot of blood, amputation, etc. Absolutely gory and so well done). It's definitely one of my favourite records, and for one of my favourite characters too!

Thank you very much!! I'm a big fan of 80-00s sci fi manga, stuff like Appleseed, GITS, BLAME, etc. and sometimes I wanna harness those vibes hehe I'm glad it hits the mark, and that you like it!

I really like your, so to say "edgier" stuff, not as in weird or kinky but as in this kind of like, perfectly channeling a really gruesome 2000s manga you nail with some of your pieces (the mousse piece comes to mind)

okay, this looks incredible, actually. Sussurro is one of my favorite operators ever, and I also am infatuated with Surtr, so when i first found your sussurro x surtr stuff, it felt like a match made in heaven... and now you're making a whole project about them?! and it looks cool?? sign me UP!
