I listened to it again last night while I was trying to wind down for sleep. My brain would not shut up, it kept jumping all over the place. It was really frustrating. But sure enough, your soft tones and kind words in this audio were able to ground me again and again until it got easier. Then I was able to sleep ^-^ I really appreciate that ๐Wonderful work!
