Am I supposed to put anything in the txt document? I tried a blank document with that title and moved it into the content folder, but it still doesn't work

Your protection level prevents the creation of var_ga.txt Try creating it yourself. Create a .txt file and name it "var_ga.txt". Then put it in the "Contents" folder.
