Swap batteries with someone and let's theirs charge yours next time..at least with your car it's easier to get to than newer ones. Bet you didn't have to take your tire off to disconnect the battery like I would have on mine 🙃. Hopefully you got all the bad stuff over at once and it's smooth sailing for awhile now.
