draka's tribe is most likely drawing parallels to romani people, yes. just letting you know that "gypsy" has been more and more widely recognized as an ethnic slur against them in the past couple of years. many people still don't know about it, so i'm not trying to give you shit or anything, but yeah, not a great word to use
