I guess they're using nobility interchangeably with Prince. Since at the end end of the day, It's the same thing when you look at the Celestial dragon families/Doflamingo family for example. In comparison to the Nefeltari, both Doffy and Vivi would be prince/princess. Fallen prince in the case of Doffy. For Sanji it's their assumption based on Mr Prince, the bounty being changed and the stuff with Doffy last arc as possible parallel

There were Minks safe in the Whale Forest. And Raizo mentioned that people have been tending to him with food and drinks. So even if everyone got killed the few that were tasked with protecting him might survive.

So to add to last episode about the Monkey guy it was important that Kinemon presented himself as a Kozuki for the Minks to trust them. Also Bariete, the monkey, doesn't know them but he knew Raizo was here. Inu and Neko do know Kinemon, Momo and Kanjuro. That's why they dropped facades once they appeared.
