One of the mods, Chocoboshi, made a list with the help of the community. The list includes suggestions for Boldcast to watch after this arc concludes. This includes OPs they missed, cover stories, movies, and shorts. They will most likely not react to every thing the list includes but its purpose is just to give them options. Mods like Chocoboshi and Sanji Joestar have a strong understanding of when to watch certain content, so when it’s the right time for Boldcast to watch something, it will be suggested. If you join the discord there is a One Piece spoiler channel that has the list in the pinned comments. If there is something that they missed or you think they should watch you can always make suggestions in that channel. If you join the discord I will answer the question you posted above in there to avoid any spoilers here.

The funniest part about Franky pushing the "pirate mark" to me is that, being a pirate wasn't really a necessity for his dream to come true, it just so happens that he is doing it as a pirate. So it's not like the pirate mark was something in his dreams as a kid like Luffy or Usopp. I'm definitely reading more into it than is needed but it's just hilarious for me to imagine that, after becoming a pirate pretty recently, he see the mark and goes "Oh yeah, I'm a pirate, pirates should put the pirate mark button" **BOOM**

There's a little bit of filler in the beginning of each Straw Hat segment but I assure you that everything from when Nami is in the bubble and Franky is running around in VP's laboratory is canon.

This episode is canon. Also, all "filler SH stories" episodes were shown in the manga as cover stories. It didn't show all the details, like in anime, but overall, everything that happened in anime was canon.

LMMAAAOOOOO The first time I read this panel in the Manga I couldn't stop laughing for several minutes, the panelling, the delivery, the entirety of it, I still lose it every time I revisit this moment lmaoo. Franky "died" to a train before in the past, it's only natural for his second death to be more flashy.

Besides a few extended scenes like seeing Nami's escape or Franky drinking tea most of it is indeed canon and chapter content. We're past their cover stories adaptation (that was mostly between Impel Down/Marineford) and back into the core story.
