So in the manga Whitebeard was fighting with half of his face gone instead of half of his mustache. Pretty obvious why they changed that detail for the show, dude was f-ing Marineford up while looking like Gustavo Fring in his final moments.

This was a great watch, I've really been enjoying your reactions. Blackbeard is great because he is someone who takes risks that other major antagonists from other series might not. It's always calculated risks, but he is willing to put himself in harms way, even risk death if he thinks the goal he has is worth it.
