What an insanely animated episode man, and I'm not even talking about Robin's bit. Usopp's bit is insane man. Tequila Wolf is such an interesting place and I love how after so many episodes of referencing the Revolutionary Army in the background, it's so freaking cool to see Robin find herself involved with them, even for a bit. Stuff is happening all around the world.

So these episodes are adapted from cannon materials, the cover stories showing where the straw hats were. It’s technically not filler, but most of what you’re seeing isn’t shown in the manga so technically some of it is. All we get in the manga is a couple cover pages for each straw hat, which have no dialogue, so these episodes fill in a lot of context.

Not to be confusing here, but all of these locations that the straw hats are sent to are real locations in the manga, some of which go beyond even the cover stories. its just that these episodes expanded them a bit with anime filler but they are relevent to the story.
