Well, for those who are around Discord, this new might not be anything new, but for those who aren't:
I had to part ways with DigitalKaiju
Some days ago, I had to part ways with DigitalKaiju as an artist for Gem Domination. The reasoning is simple: For all the support we get, things just weren't being done. Right now I have 3 new scenes that will come to Gem Domination that are queued, basically next update will be the end of Kiki's story. But that's it, and that's a bit frustrating, to say the least, I should have far more scenes, in fact, the townies should have been done by now, but that's not the case, even after scrapping animations and make more simple scenes, things just weren't moving forward at a pace I consider should have. That's why I had to take the painful decision of parting ways with DigitalKaiju.
That being said, I have to say, DigitalKaiju is a great artist, and the proof is simply in the quality of his art. However, due to unfortunate events in his personal life, he hasn't been as active as an artist anymore, and that includes Gem Dom. I have no hard feelings towards him, and, in fact, I still consider him a great artist, but also a great friend.
Well, this sounds very somber and sad, but honestly that's not necessarily the case, as frustrating and depressing as the situation was for a while, this is a new opportunity, to find an artist who can be committed to the project, this is an opportunity to take the project to new heights! Have more things done, not only with one, but maybe multiple artists, maybe finally have a team working together, maybe we will be able to reach the diamonds even faster than we thought!
As I said back then, this was very difficult, but likewise this was an opportunity, to improve the game, make it better, bigger, and stronger! And that time has already come!
I want to welcome Spakka to the team!
He is an amazing artist, and he will be covering the remaking of the old sprites, as well as making new characters, now that we are finally moving forward towards Homeworld. I'll post his socials on Discord, so make sure you follow him!
I'm also uploading what we have so far. The 3 main gems already covered by him, and the result is amazing! What do you think? We will be remaking all characters so far and slowly adding more until everything needed is covered.

As for scenes, I'm working with a couple of artists to see what's best to move on with the scenes. For now, I'm working with an artist for the stills, and, in the future, I may hire someone else for animations, if needed.
It has been pretty tough, not gonna lie. But I couldn't be more grateful with all of you, from the supporters to all the amazing artists I've worked with, and those who will come, who want to see this project moving forward to be as big as it could, and I will try my best to take it there!
See you soon with more news! Also, as mentioned, the plans for the new update are still the same, that should come very soon, hopefully!

Sad that you and Digitalkaiju had to part ways but I am loving the new redesign (Garnet and Amethyst 🤌🏾*chefs kiss") can't wait to see the new designs for the rest of the characters

I think Amethyst shoulf have smaller cup size or part of the story and the titjob scene would need to be reworked. Not to mention smallers would look better on her
