During choppers island, usspo was burried in snow he said he saw zoro while unconscious in a field of flowers or something like that, zoro indirectly confirmed that aswell suggesting their minds or souls connected somehow. Sanjis disable jamble has no explanation as to why he bursts on fire with no reasonable explanation. Rest is for when you catch up.
