Man, the elite navy captains were such a clutch force for the Marines. Can't think of a more capable division.

Yeah but the thing is in the manga the interesting Captains came first thing. Franky and Zoro attacking Very Good and Shu being the first pages. Taking away Zoro's Sword and getting the whole crew largely overwhelmed. Being a chaotic melee they are incapable of winning.

Cool detail When Lucci's charging towards Luffy with a Finger Pistol Luffy blocks it with his palm With a slight space between his fingers so he can let the attack pass through instead of piercing him and grab Lucci's hand before the Jet bullet

Tense Fight Lucci's pushing Luffy in a wall and the crew is trying to survive for however long Luffy will try to win I love that scene of them all reassuring him that they're fine after Lucci flooded the place It was a worry he had at the back of his mind and his simple nod and smile as he knows they're now all safe is such a heartwarming moment
