I didn't know how to verbalize it at the time but I loved when TV meant for me as a kid didn't treat me like I was an idiot. This moment feels appropriately vague for a kids show while also being clear enough in its intent that very very young kids wont be traumatized by an overly explicit death while slightly older kids will understand it and both ages can appreciate the weight of the moment.

Such a great episode. That Jet 'death' scene was handled so well for a kids tv show imo. I remember seeing it as a kid and immediately getting what a heavy moment this was but also not feeling like this was unecessary or avoidable for the story. Its a fitting end for Jet's character arc because up until now it always felt like Jet was projecting his anger at the wrong people and in his final moments he realized who the real enemy was and he tried to help his friends.
