Kaku and Jabra have a close power level, 2200 and 2180 (Pre-Df kaku) and Lucci just takes it out of the park compared to the others by having 4000 I think it was called "Doriki" but tbh this system only applies to this arc so don't think about it too much or on a bigger picture lol I reckon Oda just wanted a way to tell us how each on ranks amongst themselves

What a weird arc lmao. CP9 playing zoo, Zoro and Sogeking stuck in hand cuffs running in circles, Nami being stripped by a har monster, Franky boxing with a ball man, Luffy randomly drawning, Gonbe and Chimney exposing secret passages and Sanji getting sexually assaulted into a doll.

It's really interesting how Sanji's fights revolve a lot around fighting opponents that present him with challenges that go against his convictions and ideals. Mr2 for example He always has to find his way around the trick but here he just can't because he's been apparently raised like that and he'd rather die than do it. Reminds me of Zoro's refusal to move when Mihawk stabbed his heart which could have easily killed him because of the same reasoning. And there's quite a few characters like that with Heart over Reason ideals like Belmer or Hiluluk.
