They did warn us ahead of time that there would be a delay with the upcoming uncuts. So its not like we didn't get the advanced notice, unlike some people who just leave you in the complete dark.

20:54 Yeah Storm is another oddball move that gets tossed out here and there, although I only really remember Luffy using it in Skypiea against the beret soldiers. Itt was also the final move Luffy used against Crocodile back in Alabasta. I'm always pleased by how well animated it is (Edit: I was wrong about the white berets, it was gum gum fireworks π These two attacks are really similar to me, but the main diff is Luffy has to blow himself big before he twists his body and spams punches)
