Cool, I also have a personal phase system for all 11 sagas of One Piece! I consider the plot as well as production quality, although pacing has to be ignored. Bronze: East Blue, Alabasta, Skypiea Silver: Water 7, TB, SW Gold: FI, DR, WCI Platinum: WK, FS

It was kind of confirmed by oda when he stated that he's now drawing the final phase of the story. It makes sence when you think about how everything is structured and when you look at all the story arcs in the series, with the assumption that its split into 3 phases. PreNW is one big section and NW is another big section and then we have.... end game where everything comes together for the big finale which will most likely consist of events from preNW and NW (3 phases) Its the way i prefer to look at things. Each of those phases are seperated by story arcs and saga's.

As an individual arc, this story showcases oda's greatest pieces of writing in the early OP and for the first phase of oda's one piece story, it is without a doubt the best you have seen yet. Is it the greatest one piece will ever get? no I think phase #2 of the OP story blows the first phase out of the water, but i don't want to bring that up now, you will get there eventually. One piece will continue to improve upon it self as higher stakes, more characters and greater circumstances of the story are being set up. You are still in the early OP so you have not even begun to see what oda is capable of yet.

Yup, this arc was build different then others, and finally, as you can see, SH actually concerned not to help country or other people, but on themselves

I noticed at some point that 'mask man' said "CP9-desu" to Robin and the manga confirms he said "I am CP9" however the anime subtitles only say "CP9" and it makes everything extra vague and mysterious for viewers. I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing in this case if suspense is the goal. In so many episodes, this is not the only example of slight mistakes or differences between what a voice actor says and what is translated. I can think of one example in Jaya where lore/meaning was lost and requires hindsight.
