In my opinion this just makes Oda even more of a genius. He can both make peak well planned plots/storylines and sudden changes and plot twists on the spot.

Also - oda literally grew up 25 years writing this, his writing definitely changes and morphs as he goes

You're right, oda planned very very very far ahead, but didnt fill in all the little parts, he did that as he wen. No spoilers - there are characters he made on the spot he admitted became more than he ever thought. Also, i dont mind you overanalysing lol , oda saying he writes this as if hes still 15 explains alot
