Giant setup episode, both for this arc and for ones later. I guess the reason Igaram is alive is the same reason Miss All Sunday saved Luffy and spared Pell, all of her interventions appear to be lethal on the surface until a few episodes later when she does so much in contradiction to her words. I'm not sure, but is this the second or the third mention of "D"? But then again, it might just be like Lindsay said, it's the will of "Dying" young lmao.
