Typically endings in One Piece are not really known for explicit spoilers like the openings...so yeah I'm also pretty sure that all ED1-18 are safe to watch

I think only ED19 (starts in ep1071) has spoilers (between Ep279-1070 One Piece has no EDs) but you won't have to worry about that for a long time lol

So I just went through all of the endings and they're all safe to watch when they first show up you don't have to wait in fear of spoilers. I checked the episodes they show up in so they're pretty much all safe except for the most recent ending, but you won't have to worry about that one for another thousand episodes.
