the dragon fight sequence had several (legendary) animators involved; e.g. in the beginning of the fight there is a cut animated by Shingo Yamashita, the guy that directed jjk's OP 1/2, CSM OP, Ousama Ranking OP2 etc., you can check all of them here https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/239500 the part that reminded you of Mob Psycho is probably towards the end of the sequence, that had a part animated by Yutaka Nakamura, who is regular on Mob and Bones' productions in general. When you try to think about the most amazingly animated sequence of a show from studio Bones, there is a high chance that it was done by him

Apparently Yutaka Nakamura worked on this episode and he’s well known as the “cube guy” that did in fact work on Mob Psycho and other Bones shows.
