computer trouble causing slight delay

Use Super AntiSpyware followed by a scan of JRT to remove any cookies or adware clogging up your browsers. JRT is especially a very powerful tool that cleans browsers pretty well. If its maleware you can use malewarebytes. Running those 3 software will provide a surface clean of your computer. If its more complicated then that, then you might have to use more extensive tools in safe mode or just back up and reformat.
