Thats the main thing, I kinda get the rules, and I can pick up what they wanted me to, its just clunky in those few aspects. but i was also just sort of nitpicking

For the "Buggy instantly recovers from being splashed with sea water", we see him crawling for the map when Luffy vomits it back up, similarly to how Luffy crawls for his hat after escaping the tank. Which I think was the show trying to convey that Buggy was momentarily weakened by the water. So yeah, I think I'm with Lindsey's explanation of "Being splashed with sea water only momentarily weakens them". But I do agree that the show could've made it more obvious, if that was the case.
