Canβt wait to hear more of your thoughts on Akito as the series progresses. How it changes or not. Regardless of how I personally feel about him, upon rewatching the series years later, I gained a new understanding of his character and he is one of the most interesting characters for me, with Yuki. (Never thought I would say that, I was a Kyo girl in my younger years. π He is still my fav mind you, but as I grow older and a little more wiser (maybe), I have come to enjoy every characterβs journey.)

I love that you guys are enjoying the show so far! Honestly, I myself found the whole dramatic 'running back to her' thing cheesy during my first watch when I was a teenager (not a big rom-com person) but since then I have a new appreciation for these types of scenes, and FB has a lot of them. I now realize that they are not supposed to be cheesy/melodramatic but rather something to remind you to be grateful for what you have, focusing on friendship, family and making real connections.
