Trebol, Diamante, Pica, Vergo and even Corazon call him Doffy because they are the closest to him (top executives). Anyone lower (Gladius as example) call him Young master... Viola didnt :D

Fun fact (?): it appears that Doffy and Violet had a "relationship" and thats why Violet call him Doffy and she tough she can stop it at that last escenario.
