Zoro does not care about the gender of his opponents, and be probably views women as equal in terms of strength since kuina used to constantly beat him when he was young and in the dojo. Meanwhile Sanji was raised to never EVER hit a woman by zeff and his childhood environment, and thinks that women are incredible people who are as a capable as they are beautiful. So, both of them believe and trust in women, just from different perspectives.
