I just noticed when chopper was hiding when he got the note thrown at him, he was doing the same thing from when we first saw him where he thinks hes hiding behind a wall but is on the wrong side LMAO

What I think about the devil fruit appearing: Smiley is a gas weapon that had the form of an axolotl and was sentient so it probably got an axolotl fruit from caesar just like other weapons had a devil fruit (elephant sword from spandam). After smiley died eating the candy the devil fruit appeared again in the world waiting for someone else to eat it.

I think the devil fruits were camoflauged as apples so if someone saw them they would not think they were devil fruits and take them mayby
