Without risky methods like Otohime's, history moves too slowly. We need people like her who can take action. But not everyone needs to be like that.

Otohime is the ideal choice for sure, her endgoal is better than fisher tiger 100%, and that is proven by fisher tiger himself, he supports her cause, but his inner demons bar his way. Tbh if i were a fishman i’d be too scared to live in the surface, for obvious reasons

Otohime has the right idea because she is doing this for her kids and her kids kids. Its gonna be a rough way but if you dont try anything its never going to better

Otohime had great ideals they were just too early. Neither side was ready for that step there was too much resentment and ignorance from the majority of both sides.
