I jsut realize Observation Haki can make people sense emotion as well. This make alot of sense shes such an emphatic person

There was so many impactful quotes from that episode, but the "It's OK to cry!" line was so powerful. It's amazing how heartfelt and tragic this backstory was in such a short amount of episodes.

otohime's observation haki is what made her feel fisher tiger's pain when he was talking to her and neptune, and thus making her cry. she is so attuned to her haki that she felt his pain.
