I absolutely understand why frank decide to do that as there were no cure, also in a way he didnt want to burden frank too, the last day he helped himsef to the wheelchair. I love how these caracter grow and their happiness was indeed rare in LOU universe, such a previledge to have the choice to die in peace

And yes, Bill had previously put tons of crushed pills into the bottle. He also waited for Frank to drink, to make sure he didn't have second thoughts. But once he had swallowed the pills and the wine he drank his fair share, which was strong enough "to kill a horse".

This has been the most beautiful and human love story I've seen in a while. Also, same sex love aside, to chose how and when to die... I don't know. It's just fair in a way. Instead of becoming more and more sick, being unable to do what one loves... This was so humane. And I guess they died happy. What more can you ask for?
