The encyclopedia does say that but it's also not exactly right. His left is his dominant arm, thou he is still able to wield a sword with both. When it comes to skills like Chidori he only uses it with his left hand. I would that changes after the point at which I stopped being interested, for reasons. In general if your getting your Naruto info from a site that is in English there is a good chance it's wrong. The data books that have been translated are full of mistakes, or simply chose to expand on the info as it was presented in the English translation of the anime.
