I think Madara is saying that he is weaker than Hashirama to make Uchihas retreat. He doesn't want to fight there. At least this is how i understand that scene.

Izuna Uchiha is literally Sasuke. The single thing they changed was Izuna's upper lip lol, every scene he's in, they simply animate Sasuke with a single line added to his face.
