I remember I think I got spoiled about Nagisa as well when I was on S1 searching for some wallpapers and when I searched Clannad Nagisa- you know what happened next. But even then I still loved the show and hit me as hard as it could.

The line "It was so cruel that I wanted to look away" really got me, because in my own experience when a loved one is going through like a really serious/chronic or terminal medical condition, a lot of times we find the strength to push through the sadness and support them the best we can. But then it can get to a point where you just can't stand seeing them suffer and you start thinking how it's not fair that they should have to suffer through something as painful as that. Eventually it catches up to you and it's hard to even look because you get overwhelmed.

This show isn't for everyone especially with the early pacing but I'm really happy you guys stuck with it and are really appreciating After Story now that we are here.
