I was scratching my head for the Bijuu song when the 7th chibi version of itself looked nothing like its regular form. That's when I realized it was in it's larva stage because it's a bug. That was nice attention to detail.

So I take it that means ya’ll have seen through episode 329 then?

Thanks for posting this. I wondered if there would be a special reaction to it. Interesting note. Gaara like Naruto is a bit unique compared to the other 7 Jinchuriki. Gaara and Naruto were exposed to their tailed beasts chakra and soul while they were still developing in their mother's womb. Because of that Naruto got foxlike whisker marks and those rings around Gaara's eyes are like those around a racoon's eyes (tanuki being a sort of racoonlike japanese spirit). When this song first came out, many of us loved it but at the same time were saddened by how the other 7 Jinchuriki were already dead and basically died without much if any screen time. If you did not know it, the name of the four tails and his Jinchuriki come from dragon ball. Also the appear of Son Goku is deliberately like the Otaru form of Goku. Kishimoto's love of dragonball is what inspired him to create Naruto to begin with. The original Naruto concept was that of a lonely fox who becomes a little boy to make friends and eventually becomes a trainee ramen chef. Naruto, especially prior to the 1 month training with Jiraiya, where the retcons to Naruto's character and back story began to be implemented, was basically Goku in terms of powerset and mentality.
